產(chǎn)品描述 Description
優(yōu)異的耐腐蝕性能：過(guò)流端材質(zhì)分別為CFRPP、FRPP、CPVC、PVDF。
兩者均具有優(yōu)異的耐腐蝕性能，可用于輸送包括強酸、強堿在內的大多數化學(xué)液體。
優(yōu)點(diǎn) Advantage
a、特殊設計的軸封冷卻。內置聚四氟乙烯波紋管密封件具有自動(dòng)冷卻性能，無(wú)需使用循環(huán)冷卻軟管。
b、真空自吸設計。極強的自吸力。內置節流閥，完全防止泵內液體回流。
c、優(yōu)越的耐腐蝕性能。材質(zhì) - CFRPP FRPP CPVC PVDF
d、為防止異物吸入,應在進(jìn)口處安裝腳閥。為了防止直接回流,止回閥應安裝在出口處。逆流會(huì )導致泵體損傷和干跑也會(huì )對泵造成損害。
e、根據客戶(hù)需求,可組裝循環(huán)冷卻管.在干運行時(shí),泵內的液體循環(huán)并冷卻沿軸密封。

Like any pump, it is always crucial to keep a set of spare parts on site.
As a way to prevent any issues, please do the following:
Visual inspection - Visually inspect the pump for any leaks, damage, or abnormal sounds, indicating a problem. Open the inspection port and check if the impeller rotates freely and if there are any foreign objects.
Lubrication - Ensure that all bearings are adequately lubricated or that the constant oil level oiler has sufficient lubricant.
Vibration/Alignment - Check if the pump is aligned and there is no excessive vibration.
Maintenance Log - Always save maintenance logs locally on the device, detailing when and what maintenance was carried out.
