抽沙泵適合抽取各種黃沙、礦砂、工礦企業(yè)輸送尾礦漿、尾沙礦、料漿、礦渣、電力粉煤灰輸送等具有強磨蝕的介質(zhì)。
主要特點(diǎn)：
高效、節能、耐磨、耐腐蝕、運行可靠、揚程高、流量大(*混合流量可達2000-5000立方/小時(shí))、抽深大(最深可抽水下30米深)、輸送距離遠適用范圍廣等特點(diǎn)。輸送的固液混合濃度可達到60%?？膳鋷щ姍C或者是柴油機驅動(dòng)。

使用注意事項：
●抽沙泵在工作現場(chǎng)固定后，應先檢查原動(dòng)機主軸與泵主軸是否在同一軸線(xiàn)上，若不同軸應即作精準調整。
●泵的進(jìn)出水管路應有承載支撐，避免管路重力施加于泵體。管路安裝應從泵進(jìn)出口法蘭向外延伸，并立即做好支撐定位。
●抽沙泵工作時(shí)必須對填料室注入高壓清水以保護軸封組件。主泵在正常工作時(shí)不得關(guān)閉高壓清水泵。清水壓力應大于抽沙泵工作壓力。填料室組件在沒(méi)有高壓清水保護的情況下會(huì )很快磨損。
●泵性能表中的吸程是指常溫清水條件下泵的抗汽蝕特性。在抽送泥沙作業(yè)時(shí)應盡可能使泵的壓力為正壓。泥沙中含有較大固體顆粒時(shí)泵的流量揚程也會(huì )受到影響，選型時(shí)應對介質(zhì)情況予以考量。
●更換葉輪、襯板等易損件時(shí)應對葉輪與前后襯板的間隙進(jìn)行調整，葉輪與襯板軸向間隙的大小對泵的性能和使用壽命有較大影響。
●請及時(shí)適量對軸承部位加注潤滑油脂。
●泵在工作中出現異常震動(dòng)、噪聲及軸承溫升過(guò)高時(shí)，應即停機檢查。
