KAYSEN凱森水環(huán)式真空泵概述
水循環(huán)真空泵高溫度≤100℃,特殊配置可達150℃,環(huán)境溫度一般≤40℃*工作壓力(壓力+泵送壓力)：1.0MPa(Hsp≤75m)或1.6MPa (Hsp>75m)特殊配置可分別達1.6MPa或2.5Mpa允許輸送介質(zhì)。
一.水循環(huán)真空泵原理
水循環(huán)真空泵高溫度≤100℃,特殊配置可達150℃,環(huán)境溫度一般≤40℃*工作壓力(壓力+泵送壓力)：1.0MPa(Hsp≤75m)或1.6MPa (Hsp>75m)特殊配置可分別達1.6MPa或2.5Mpa允許輸送介質(zhì)：清水或物理化學(xué)性質(zhì)類(lèi)似清水的其他液體密封水管部件：壓力≥0.03 Mpa 時(shí)不安裝 結構設計：?jiǎn)渭夒p吸軸向中開(kāi)渦殼離心泵,臥式安裝,驅動(dòng)機(電動(dòng)機或內燃機)可根據需要設置在泵的左側或右側(即面向出口,驅動(dòng)機在左側為逆時(shí)針旋轉。
主要特點(diǎn)：
●節水效果明顯。
由于采用水循環(huán)作業(yè)，加入水箱內的水可循環(huán)使用，克服了那種用直接沖放自來(lái)水方法獲取真空時(shí)大量浪費水的現象。經(jīng)實(shí)測，以一個(gè)工作日連續作業(yè)計算，在達到同樣真空度的條件下，使用本產(chǎn)品可節水10噸以上，而且，一次加水，可長(cháng)期使用，這在水源缺乏或水壓不足的實(shí)驗室尤其適用。
●多功能綜合作用。
本機除可以提供真空條件外，還可同時(shí)進(jìn)行外循環(huán)作業(yè)，為反應裝置提供循環(huán)冷卻水。本機與自來(lái)水源連接，通過(guò)適量補充注水源，可以在較長(cháng)時(shí)間連續作業(yè)情況下，保持真空循環(huán)水溫度和水質(zhì)不變，既可確保真空度下降，又能實(shí)現循環(huán)冷卻水的供應。
●造型新穎，使用方便。
本機安裝了兩個(gè)抽氣嘴，可單獨或同時(shí)抽氣作業(yè)。每個(gè)抽氣嘴各裝一個(gè)真空表，可以方便地觀(guān)察真空度，抽氣管路上裝有止回閥，可防止抽真空作業(yè)意外停機時(shí)，循環(huán)水回流到被抽真空的設備中去。耐腐蝕、無(wú)污染。本機水泵部件采用不銹鋼，不受酸堿等腐蝕物的影響;同時(shí)不產(chǎn)生任何污染實(shí)驗室的油污、雜質(zhì)等。
