KAYSEN凱森潛水排污泵概述
潛水式排污泵采用大流道抗堵塞水力部件設計，大大提高污物通過(guò)能力，能有效地通過(guò)泵口徑的5倍纖維物質(zhì)和直徑為泵口徑約50%的固體顆粒。設計合理，配套電機合理，效率高，節能效果顯著(zhù)。潛水式排污泵機械密封采用雙道串聯(lián)密封，材質(zhì)為硬質(zhì)耐磨碳化鎢，具有耐用、耐磨等特點(diǎn)，可以使泵安全連續運行800小時(shí)以上。泵油室內設有油水探頭，當水泵側機械密封損壞后，水進(jìn)入油室，探頭發(fā)生信號，對泵實(shí)施保護。

可根據用戶(hù)需要配備全自動(dòng)安全保護控制柜，對泵的漏水，漏電，過(guò)載及超溫等進(jìn)行監控，保證泵運行可靠安全。雙導軌自動(dòng)耦合安裝系統，給泵的安裝的安裝，維修帶來(lái)了極大的方便，人可不必為此而進(jìn)出污水坑。浮球開(kāi)關(guān)可根據所需的水位變化。自動(dòng)控制泵的停啟，無(wú)需專(zhuān)人看管。電機運行不過(guò)載。根據使用場(chǎng)合電機可采用水套式外第三者循環(huán)冷卻系統，能保證電泵在無(wú)水（干式）狀態(tài)下安全運行。安裝方式有固定式自動(dòng)耦合安裝和移動(dòng)式自由安裝二種，可滿(mǎn)足不同的使用場(chǎng)合。GERMANY KAYSEN

潛水排污泵維護與保養

為了保證潛水泵的正常使用壽命，應該進(jìn)行定期的檢查和保養：

l 底蓋的調整：在水中長(cháng)期使用后，葉輪與底蓋的間隙可能增大，造成水泵流量和效率下降，此時(shí)應切斷電源，將水泵吊起，松開(kāi)固定螺釘，旋轉底蓋，將間隙調整到0.3～0.5mm（僅用于A(yíng)S、AV和小型泵≤7.5kW）。

l 更換密封環(huán)：在水中長(cháng)期使用后，葉輪與底蓋的間隙可能增大，造成水泵流量和效率下降，此時(shí)應切斷電源，將水泵吊起，拆下底蓋，取下密封環(huán)，按葉輪口環(huán)實(shí)際尺寸配密封環(huán)，間隙一般在0.5mm左右（≥11kW的泵）。

l 水泵長(cháng)期不用時(shí),應清洗并吊起水泵置于通風(fēng)干燥處。若置于水中，每隔15天至少運轉30min（不能干磨）以檢查其功能和適應性,寒冬季節注意防凍。

l 電纜每年至少檢查一次，若破損請立即給予更換。

l 每年至少檢查一次電機絕緣及緊固螺釘，若電機絕緣下降請與本公司售后服務(wù)部聯(lián)系，若緊固螺釘松動(dòng)請重新緊固。

l 水泵在出廠(chǎng)前已注入適量的機油（32#機械油），用以潤滑機械密封。該機油應每年檢查一次，如果發(fā)現機油呈乳化狀表示油中有水，應將其放掉，更換新機油，同時(shí)更換密封墊，旋緊螺塞。使用三個(gè)星期后應重新檢查，如果機油又呈乳化狀，則機械密封損壞，應及時(shí)更換，更換后應試氣（請與本公司售后服務(wù)部聯(lián)系）。

In order to ensure the normal service life of the submersible pump, periodic inspection and maintenance should be carried out:

l Adjusting the bottom cover: After long-term use in water, the gap between the impeller and the bottom cover may increase, causing the flow and efficiency of the pump to decline. At this time, the power should be cut off, the pump lifted, the fixing screws loosened, and the bottom cover rotated. The gap is adjusted to 0.3 ～ 0.5mm (only for AS, AV and small pumps ≤7.5kW).

l Replace the seal ring: After long-term use in water, the gap between the impeller and the bottom cover may increase, causing the flow and efficiency of the pump to decrease. At this time, the power should be cut off, the pump lifted, the bottom cover removed, and the seal ring removed. The actual size of the impeller mouth ring is equipped with a seal ring, and the gap is generally about 0.5mm (≥ 11kW pump).

l When the pump is not used for a long time, it should be cleaned and lifted up and placed in a dry and ventilated place. If placed in water, run it for at least 30 minutes every 15 days (not dry-grinding) to check its function and adaptability. Pay attention to antifreeze in cold winter season.

l Check the cable at least once a year. If it is damaged, replace it immediately.

l Check the motor insulation and tightening screws at least once a year. If the motor insulation drops, please contact our after-sales service department. If the tightening screws are loose, please re-tighten them.

l The pump has been filled with an appropriate amount of oil (32 # mechanical oil) before leaving the factory to lubricate the mechanical seal. The oil should be inspected once a year. If it is found that the oil is emulsified to indicate that there is water in the oil, it should be removed, replaced with a new oil, and the seals should be replaced at the same time. After three weeks of use, it should be re-checked. If the oil is emulsified again, the mechanical seal is damaged and should be replaced in time. After the replacement, the gas should be tested (please contact our service department).
