在市政、化工造紙及其它多種水處理工藝中,水體攪拌混合是其中關(guān)鍵工藝過(guò)程之一。傳統的攪拌機械分為立軸折槳式和水平(潛水)式兩種常用方式,由于安裝的方式和葉槳形式?jīng)Q定了其攪拌形態(tài),無(wú)論在能耗上還是在攪拌效果上均不太理想,不僅給污水廠(chǎng)的運營(yíng)成本帶來(lái)不必要的增加,而且會(huì )直接影響到最終的工藝處理效果。針對以上問(wèn)題,凱森泵業(yè)有限公司經(jīng)過(guò)多年的試驗,成功研制了全新的曲面攪拌機,經(jīng)過(guò)多家污水處理廠(chǎng)多年實(shí)際應用,獲得了良好的效果。
GSJ/QSJ型系列曲面攪拌機曲面葉輪體上表面為雙曲線(xiàn)母線(xiàn)繞葉輪體軸線(xiàn)旋轉形成的雙曲面結構,其的葉輪結構設計,較好地將流體特性與機械運動(dòng)相結合。雙向線(xiàn)的方程式xy=b曲線(xiàn)沿y軸旋轉而構成的曲面體;為了迎合水體流動(dòng),設計從葉輪的中心進(jìn)水,這一方面減少了進(jìn)水紊流,另一方面保證了液體對葉輪表面的壓力均勻,從而保證整機在運動(dòng)狀態(tài)下的平衡。在漸開(kāi)雙弧面上均布有八條導流葉片,借助液體自重壓力作補充進(jìn)水獲得的勢能與葉輪旋轉時(shí)產(chǎn)生的離心力形成動(dòng)能,液體在重力加速度的作用下經(jīng)雙曲面結構過(guò)渡沿葉輪圓周方向作切線(xiàn)運動(dòng),在池壁的反射作用下,形成自上而下地循環(huán)水流,故可獲得在軸向(y)和徑向(x)方向的交叉水流(如雙曲面流態(tài)圖)。
主要特點(diǎn):
GSJ/QSJ型系列曲面攪拌機作為一種高效攪拌混合設備,適用于各種低黏度的液體之間、固液、氣液之間的混合攪拌;不僅適用于圓形池、方形池,在長(cháng)方形水池中分單元布置使用也比較常用。
在我國現有各種污水處理工藝中,波輪式攪拌機主要可以克服傳統葉片(槳)式攪拌易出現死角,曝氣工藝水氣混合效果不佳的問(wèn)題,發(fā)揮其攪拌均勻的優(yōu)勢。主要特點(diǎn)表現在以下幾個(gè)方面:

The upper surface of the surface impeller body of GSJ/QSJ series curved mixer is a hyperboloid structure formed by the rotation of the hyperbolic busbar around the axis of the impeller body. The design of the impeller structure combines the fluid characteristics with the mechanical motion. The curved body of the bidirectional line equation xy=b curve is rotated along the y axis; in order to meet the flow of water, the design is introduced from the center of the impeller, which reduces the influent turbulence and ensures the liquid to the impeller surface. The pressure is even, so as to ensure the balance of the whole machine under motion. Eight guiding vanes are evenly distributed on the involute double arc surface, and the potential energy obtained by supplementing the influent water with the liquid self-weight pressure forms a kinetic energy with the centrifugal force generated when the impeller rotates, and the liquid flows along the impeller through the hyperbolic structure under the action of gravity acceleration. The circumferential direction is a tangential motion, and under the reflection of the pool wall, a water flow is formed from top to bottom, so that a cross flow in the axial (y) and radial (x) directions (such as a hyperbolic flow diagram) can be obtained.

As a kind of high-efficiency mixing and mixing equipment, GSJ/QSJ series curved mixer is suitable for mixing and mixing between various low-viscosity liquids, solid-liquid and gas-liquid; not only for circular pool, square pool, and rectangular pool. The use of the sub-units is also more common.
