德國凱森進(jìn)口電動(dòng)隔膜泵采用擺線(xiàn)針輪減速機傳動(dòng)，通過(guò)曲軸滑塊機構帶動(dòng)雙隔膜作往復運動(dòng)，使工作腔容積發(fā)生交替變化從而達到將液體不斷地吸入和排出，近年來(lái)，由于在隔膜材質(zhì)上取得了突破性的進(jìn)展，隔膜泵廣泛應用于石化、陶瓷、冶金等行業(yè)。進(jìn)口電動(dòng)隔膜泵特點(diǎn)是不需灌引水，自吸能力強，噪音小。直接將被輸送介質(zhì)和傳動(dòng)機械件分開(kāi)，所以介質(zhì)*不會(huì )向外泄漏。且泵本身無(wú)軸液封，使用壽命大大延長(cháng)。應用領(lǐng)域：噴漆、陶瓷業(yè)中隔膜泵已占有*的主導地位；環(huán)保、廢水處理、建筑、排污、精細化工中正在擴大它的市場(chǎng)份額，并具有其他泵不可替代的地位。

主要優(yōu)點(diǎn)：
●不需灌引水，自吸能力達7米以上。
●通過(guò)性能好，直徑在10毫米以下的顆粒、泥漿等均可以毫不費力地通過(guò)。
●由于隔膜將被輸送介質(zhì)和傳動(dòng)機械件分開(kāi)，所以介質(zhì)*不會(huì )向外泄漏。且泵本身無(wú)軸封，使用壽命大大延長(cháng)。根據不同介質(zhì)，隔膜分為氯丁橡膠、氟橡膠、丁晴橡膠等，完全可以滿(mǎn)足不同用戶(hù)的要求。
●體積小重量輕：由于采用了行星擺線(xiàn)傳動(dòng)結構，故使泵型獲得小尺寸如與同類(lèi)型泵來(lái)比較，其體積重量均下降一半左右。
●泵體介質(zhì)流經(jīng)部份，可根據用戶(hù)要求，分為鑄鐵、不銹鋼、襯膠、電機分為普通式、防爆式、變頻式、電磁調速式，該泵正應用在下列場(chǎng)合。
