KAYSEN凱森進(jìn)口塑料泵概述：
塑料泵是凱森在離心泵的基礎上，采用磁力耦合實(shí)現力矩的無(wú)接觸傳遞,是無(wú)軸封、全密封、無(wú)泄漏、耐腐蝕、無(wú)污染的新型環(huán)保型臥式離心泵。
塑料泵的選材
工程塑料是指被用做工業(yè)零件或外殼材料的工業(yè)用塑料，是強度、耐沖擊性、耐熱性、硬度及抗老化性均優(yōu)的塑料。工程塑料泵是指用這些材料制作的，有特殊的物理、化學(xué)性能，可以滿(mǎn)足不同工業(yè)要求的產(chǎn)品。
常用的材料
1． 熱性質(zhì)：玻璃轉移溫度（Tg）及熔點(diǎn)（Tm）；熱變形溫度（HDT）高；長(cháng)期使用溫度高（UL-746B）；使用溫度范圍大；熱膨脹系數小。
2． 機械性質(zhì)：高強度、高機械模數、低潛變性、強耐磨損及耐疲勞性。
3． 其它：耐化學(xué)藥品性、抗電性、耐燃性、耐候性、尺寸安定性佳。
工程塑料的結構
被當做通用性工程塑料者包括聚碳酸酯（PC）、聚酰胺（尼龍）、聚縮醛（POM）、變性聚苯醚（變性PPE）、聚酯（PETP，PBTP）、聚苯硫醚（PPS）、聚芳基酯，熱硬化性塑料則有不飽和聚酯、酚塑料、環(huán)氧塑料等。
它們的基本特性為拉伸強度均超過(guò)50Mpa,抗拉強度在500kg/cm ,耐沖擊性超過(guò)50J/m，彎曲彈性率在24000kg/cm ，負載繞曲溫度超過(guò)100℃，硬度、老化性?xún)?yōu)。聚丙烯若改善其硬度和耐寒性，也可列入工程塑料的范圍。此外，還包括較特殊者的強度弱、耐熱耐藥品性?xún)?yōu)的氟素塑料，耐熱性?xún)?yōu)的硅溶融化合物，以及聚酰胺酰亞胺、聚酰亞胺、Polybismaleimide、Polysufone(PSF)、PES、丙烯塑料、變性蜜胺塑料、BTResin、PEEK、PEI、液晶塑料等。
各工程塑料的化學(xué)構造不同，所以制成的工程塑料泵的耐藥品性、摩擦特性、電機特性等有所差異。由于各工程塑料的成型性不同，這樣就造成了工程塑料泵應用上的局限。熱硬化型工程塑料的制造的工程塑料泵耐沖擊性較差，因此大多添加玻璃纖維。工程塑料除了聚碳酸酯等耐沖擊性大外，通常具有硬、脆、延伸率小的性質(zhì)，但如果添加20—30%的玻璃纖維，則它制成的工程塑料泵耐沖擊性將有所改善。
產(chǎn)品優(yōu)勢
1、不需灌引水。吸程高達5m，揚程達70m，出口壓力≥6bar。
2、流動(dòng)寬敞，通過(guò)性能好，允許通過(guò)*顆粒直徑達10mm。抽送泥漿、雜質(zhì)時(shí)，對泵磨損甚微；
3、揚程、流量可通過(guò)氣閥開(kāi)度實(shí)現無(wú)級調節(氣壓調節在1-7 bar之間)；
4、該泵無(wú)旋轉部件，沒(méi)有軸封，隔膜等抽送的介質(zhì)與泵的運動(dòng)部件、工作介質(zhì)完全隔開(kāi)，所輸送的介質(zhì)不會(huì )向外泄漏。所以抽送有毒、易揮發(fā)或腐蝕性介質(zhì)時(shí)，不會(huì )造成環(huán)境污染和危害人身安全；
5、不必用電，在易燃、易爆場(chǎng)所使用安全可靠；
6、可以浸沒(méi)在介質(zhì)中工作；
7、使用方便、工作可靠、開(kāi)停只需簡(jiǎn)單地打開(kāi)和關(guān)閉氣體閥門(mén)。即使由于意外情況而長(cháng)時(shí)間無(wú)介質(zhì)運行或突然停機泵也不會(huì )因此而損壞，一旦超負荷，泵會(huì )自動(dòng)地停機，具有自我保護性能，當負荷恢復正常后，又能自動(dòng)啟動(dòng)運行；
8、結構簡(jiǎn)單、易損件少，該泵結構簡(jiǎn)單，安裝，維修方便，泵輸送的介質(zhì)不會(huì )接觸到配氣閥，聯(lián)桿等運動(dòng)部件，不象其他類(lèi)型的泵因轉子、活塞、齒輪、葉片等部件的磨損而使性能逐步下降；
9、可輸送較粘的液體(粘度在1萬(wàn)厘泊以下)；
10、本泵無(wú)須用油潤滑，即使空轉，對泵也無(wú)任何影響，這是該泵*特點(diǎn)。
