進(jìn)口氟塑料化工泵廣泛廣泛適用于：化工、制酸、制堿、冶煉、稀土、農藥、染料、醫藥、造紙、電鍍、酸洗、無(wú)線(xiàn)電、化成箔等行業(yè)輸送酸、堿、有機溶劑、強氧化劑等腐蝕性介質(zhì)。 適用溫度：-20°C至120°C。
氟塑料泵是化工泵系列中以制造用材分類(lèi)的一種泵，氟塑料泵按其結構可以分為以下幾類(lèi)：一、氟塑料離心泵；二、氟塑料液下泵；三、氟塑料磁力泵；四、氟塑料自吸泵；五、氟塑料管道泵；六氟塑料砂漿泵；七、鋼襯氟塑料泵等。
主要特點(diǎn)：
目前業(yè)內生產(chǎn)的內襯氟塑料型耐腐蝕泵（大型泵）如：氟塑料驅動(dòng)大型磁力泵內襯材、氟塑料離心泵、氟塑料自吸泵及襯氟鋼管等質(zhì)均為聚全氟代乙丙烯（FEP，簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)F46）內襯F46泵及具有優(yōu)良的耐腐蝕性和良好的剛性，并能耐沖擊、耐振動(dòng)和耐扭曲，已廣泛地應用在石油、化工工業(yè)中輸送腐蝕性液體和氣體。
氟塑料泵可在下列條件下使用：溫度-80℃~+160℃，壓力≤16公斤/厘米2，真空范圍（瞬時(shí)，常溫）400mmHg柱。在使用過(guò)程中，顯出了它特有的性能。應用及效益例舉如下：
（1）使用性能和耐腐蝕性能優(yōu)于酚醛膠泥、搪瓷制品，襯玻璃制品和不銹鋼等材料。尤其是使用在強氧化劑存在的場(chǎng)合，使用壽命較上述材料可提高一至數倍，特別指出，它們能經(jīng)受醚類(lèi)介質(zhì)的滲透腐蝕。
（2）能經(jīng)得起各種腐蝕介質(zhì)的考驗。在已使用過(guò)程的介質(zhì)中，有溴、苯、甲醛、鹽酸、鹽酸鹽、50%硫酸、12%NaSCN、HSCN、異丙醚、22%NaOH、氯苯水，對苯磺酸、99.5%氯氣、95~90%叔丁基次氯酸鹽、0.51%游離氯、11~12%氯丙醇水溶液（PH=2~3）、氯丙醇、氯丙酮BB一二氯異丙醚、二氯丙烷、 苯、次氯酸、CCL4等。
（3）在各種腐蝕性介質(zhì)同時(shí)存在的情況下，即使160℃左右也可使用。例如，666氯化液中含有苯（ ）、次氯酸、鹽酸等各種腐蝕介質(zhì)，既有強有機溶劑，又有強的氧化性介質(zhì)，還有強酸等，除F46，F4以外，難找到一種合適的材料能同時(shí)耐這些介質(zhì)交替或同時(shí)腐蝕。
目前業(yè)內生產(chǎn)的全氟（氟塑料合金）型耐腐蝕泵（小型泵）如：CQB氟塑料驅動(dòng)小型磁力泵，FSB氟塑料離心泵等及其他泵葉輪等配件所用材質(zhì)均為中國上海中科院專(zhuān)利材料--氟塑料合金（F4與F46及少量添加劑按一定比例混合加工而成）。
氟塑料合金具有無(wú)可比擬的耐腐蝕性和機械強度耐沖擊、耐振動(dòng)、耐扭曲及無(wú)毒素分解。
