德國KAYSEN凱森進(jìn)口深井泵概述：
1、進(jìn)口深井泵為離心式或混流式；采用水潤滑軸承；與電機的聯(lián)接采用聯(lián)軸器剛性聯(lián)接。深井泵葉輪在電機帶動(dòng)下旋轉產(chǎn)生離心力，使液體能量增加經(jīng)泵殼的導流作用進(jìn)行提水。在水泵上端設有逆止閥體，防止電泵停機時(shí)，因揚水管中倒流的水損壞工作部件。閥上有泄水孔，可將管路中的水緩緩放掉，防止冬天凍裂管路。 (注：低揚程潛水泵不設逆止閥體)
2、進(jìn)口潛水深井泵的電機為密閉充水濕式結構。電機定子繞組采用耐水的聚乙烯絕緣，尼龍護套多層結構的電磁線(xiàn)。導軸承及推力軸承均采用水潤滑材質(zhì)。電機內部充滿(mǎn)清水，用以冷卻電機和潤滑軸承。電機底部裝有調壓膜，用以調整由電機溫升引起的機體內清水的脹縮壓差。電機的上端軸上裝有防砂機構，用來(lái)阻止水中泥砂進(jìn)入機體內部。
3、潛水深井泵的管路部分：用以聯(lián)接電泵使其吊裝在機井中，將水輸送到地面上去。主要由短輸水管、輸水管、彎管、夾板等部件組成。短輸出管是輸水管路與電泵的連接過(guò)渡部件。彎管安裝在井口處，以改變水流的傳送方向。夾板是在深井泵的安裝過(guò)程中吊裝和固定輸出管路。
