The KAYSEN Kaysen series piston diaphragm metering pumps are the outstanding representatives of this type of metering pump. The metering pump integrates all the features of the diaphragm metering pump and the piston metering pump, which not only meets the user's requirements for outlet pressure (up to 100 bar), but also solves the measurement requirements for corrosive media.
The flow rate of the metering pump does not change with pressure, and can be adjusted linearly from 0 to 100% in both operating and non-operating conditions.
A pump double head design makes it practical for a pump to measure different media with different metering quantities, which saves space and reduces costs.
The mirror-backlit design enables the piston flange and the metering head to be freely installed on both the left and right sides of the drive gear, enabling flexible installation on site.
